Our value framework

1. Ethical practices : We are a, legally and
socially committed, corporate citizen. We shall not
compromise on the personal integrity of our employees.
2. Secular : We have no bias against those
with different or certain beliefs. Religious or other
beliefs do not influence the way in which we treat our
people.
3. Apolitical : As an organization we do not
patronize any political party. Political influences
shall not dictate the way in which we function
4. Openness : We have transparency in thought
and action. Our employees have a mindset which is
willing to consider contrarian views and thoughts
5. Fairness : We have no bias against or
favoritism for any of our stakeholders. Our actions
shall be based on the merits of the specific situation,
and no other consideration.

relationships with all stakeholders and employees so
that it enables them to be open, fair and authentic in
their thoughts and actions.
7. Human approach : Our approach to all our
employees and stakeholders, shall be with sensitivity,
and not sentimentality, to help them to fulfill their
potential, in alignment with business interests.
8. Customer orientation : Our approach to our
internal and external customers shall be to understand
their needs and to meet and exceed them leading to
customer delight, consistent with our business interest
as producers.
9. Total Quality : Our systems and processes
are designed to ensure the highest quality standards in
our various fields of activity.
10. Leading by example : Each of our employees
shall practice the VALGEN values in action, everyday,
setting an example for the other employees to emulate.
11. Empowerment : Our employees are encouraged
to seize opportunities, taking risks as required, and
learning as much from failures as from successes.
12. Organization Mission : Each of the
employees would need to relate to the VALGEN Mission
statement in every aspect of their defined role.
