Their Need was Automation of business transaction with integration to enable timely completion of MIS reports to be submitted to their parent company at USA.

Client were using non-integrated stand alone applications. Concepts of master and retrieving read only data was new to them. Migrated to the new gen technology with the support of an ERP and streamlined the system with seamless integration across business function. 

Implemented Valgen's ERP product on an Onsite Model and handheld the client till Go live

Further existing business processes had been mapped as such in the SAP environment and there was significant change resistance. 

Valgen did the post SAP review. Completed a 360 degree role mapping. Identified duplication of roles for various resources across organization. Identified & eliminated all non value added activities. 

Restructured the organization chart and optimized the resource levels. Business case of optimizing Inventory levels & further resource optimization was achieved to the delight of the customer.
