Their Need was Automation of business transaction with integration to enable timely completion of MIS reports to be submitted to their parent company at USA.
Client were using non-integrated stand alone applications. Concepts of master and retrieving read only data was new to them. Migrated to the new gen technology with the support of an ERP and streamlined the system with seamless integration across business function.
